Lifting heavy and switching it up!

It’s that time folks! We are going to retest our 1 rep max overhead squat! And we’re going to do the workout first!
More often than not when we lift heavy it is hard to get your body completely ready. So to get you warmed up and ready to lift we’ve got a fun couplet of cartwheels and plate holds! Use this time to move around and prepare yourself to lift later on in class. Enjoy!
