Squatting on the clock

We’re squatting heavy today, but that doesn’t mean we need to take huge breaks in between our sets.  In fact, we’ll be keeping ourself on a pace with the clock.  Every 1:30, we’re going to hit a new set.  Challenge yourself to hit the same weights you would normally.  It’ll take a little more focus, but you’ll get more out of these squats that way.

Once we get through that, we’ll have a little 21-15-9 triplet to get us lifted.  Happy Friday!
