Back on the Clock
I heard from a lot of you about how effective last Friday’s timed back squats were. Good news: we’re back on the clock today, this time with Front Squats. And not just Front Squats – but Front Squats with a nice pause at the bottom to make sure we’re staying tight in our posterior chain and midline. Oh, believe us when we say it’ll get spicy.
The WOD reinforces those same core strength elements in a way that should make you feel wobbly just after, and stronger two days later. Enjoy!
