A slow climb
We have a long(ish) one today with some hard and heavy moves. This 15 minute AMRAP begs us to set a rhythm early on that will last us to the end. Go heavy for sure – challenge yourself with the load on the bar and the scale/version of your rope climbs. Keep your breaks short though, and try to not “stare at the bar” as this WOD progresses.

Str: 135# (PR). I suspect more gains to be had if form improved.
WOD: 9(?)+1 @ 85#, got to top of rope 7x.
STR: 115#
WOD: 9+7 @ 95#
Going in I thought I’d get ~7 rounds. I was happy I got more but also disappointed I was 2 reps shy of completing 10 full rounds.
Hard but fun!
