Extra Spicy
Some of you may have noticed that we started the week with a sprint and some movement work and followed it up with a real asskicker of a WOD yesterday. Today will also be extra spicy if you can hit the intention for the WOD.
We’re dialing it into a matter of cycling: this is all about being able to keep moving. No stopping, no resting, no breaking up the sets… just move move move. The push press is set to be a touch heavier than normal, but totally achievable for many of you. Whatever scaling you pick, attack it hard and fast.
For our fastest athletes, this will be a six minute WOD. For most of you, it will be closer to 10 minutes. If your TTB or Box Jumps or Push Press falls apart, it could slip to 12+ minutes… so keep it together and get that extra spicy feeling.
I promise more to come on Thursday and Friday! It’s an extra spicy week to get you over all those mashed potatoes.
