After working our power snatch today, we’ll put it to use in a series of three short AMRAPS that are all about getting through some bar and burpee work fast so we can crank out some cals on the rower before our three minutes are up.  Each round the weight goes up but the reps go down.  AND we get a full 3 minutes of rest after each work intervals.  That’s a full 1:1 work to rest ratio to take advantage of, while we leasurely load up more weight for the next round of overhead squats.

    STR: 115# (in retrospect, I think that’s a PR!)
    WOD: 19 (65#, 75#, 85#)

    Really fell apart on the last set of 9 and kept losing my balance at the bottom. Couldn’t quite get my head around what was going wrong, but we’ll call that a challenge for next time.
