Friends, this Saturday we’ll be hosting some vendors for Unions Square’s “Holiday Stroll” event (see link for details.)  This will effect our schedule a little, but we’ll still have plenty for you to do.  First, Yoga with Jenna will still be happening.  Vendors will be coming right at 9:45 to set up , so there will be a quick transition out of savasana…

Calvinball will move up to the 10am slot and the invasion WOD will happen from 12-1.  We’ll be working around the vendors for both of theses classes, but we’re so creative as it is on Saturdays that this challenge should be no problem.

You’re also welcome to come in any time from 10-4 to see what’s going on and get some open gym time in (again, as long as we’re not breaking goods, scaring locals, etc.)

The workout today combines a bit of the old heavy lifting with a bunch of controlling your body through space.  Can you stay light and bouncy after heavy deads?

    WoD: 9:18, largely knees to chest & wallclimbs about 3/4 of the way up.

    *Shoulder still not well. Substituted TTB for hanging knee tucks and crawling on my forearms instead of wall climbs.
