The end is just the beginning
The feeling of finishing a WOD is in its own category. But it’s something quite different when you know you’re about to do it all over again. In today’s case, at least they’re on the short side.
You might notice we’ll be deadlifting and snatching the same bar. This means the deads will be light to keep the snatches manageable. You only have five minutes – you’re not going to want to be standing around staring at the bar anyhow.
