And, no surprise here, those “things” happen to be barbells. After getting a little ring strength in, we’ll be setting ourselves up for a 20 minute interval workout. This is one of those great workouts that gives you just as much time to rest as it does to work. That rest will help keep the pace fast, and that fast pace will be just what we’re looking for. The barbell sequence is meant to be don’t unbroken so we can get to the burpees as soon as possible. Finish the minute, rest a minute, and repeat. So simple, so much fun (read: burn).
