Beat the Heat
If you haven’t noticed, the theme for the week is cycling the barbell. We get some more practice today when we hit our push press. We’ll be working on “rebounding” out of the front rack position – only pausing at the top, in full lock out.
The WOD is another spin on “Helen”, this time as a chipper. While it’s the exact same amount of work as Helen, not breaking it up into rounds gives it a very different flavor.
