EMOM sets it right
We’ve got a fast EMOM for you today to get us started and some low bar to take us to the end. The WOD is all about not stopping until the work is done. If you struggle with doubles, you might consider the “jump and tap” scale to keep the pace as intended.
And then comes some more low bar back squat practice. We’ve been seeing much better bar position on these (remember – not too low!), so now that they’re getting more comfortable, let’s see if we can use them to move more weight!
