Connect your reps
Sometimes stringing together reps involves a lot of technique. Sometimes, it’s just about not putting it down. Today, it’s the latter. Luckily, our squat will be nice and loose from the cleans on the clock prior. Break up the pull ups wisely, but try to keep that bar on your front rack for the entirety of each set. That will be sure to imbue the feeling we’re going for.
