After Monday’s gymnastics work and longer, grindier WOD, we’re balancing it out with some heavy barbell and a fast burner. You’ll have plenty of time to get into your front squats today, so be sure to shoot for 5 full heavy sets. And then nothing crazy, just a simple effective 8 minutes of convincing yourself to not stop moving. Here’s to another day’s work…
