Keep the pace
Often when we’re given a time constraint, we find that we have more in us than we thought. The EMOM format does a great job of this, and we’ve seen a number of you use it recently to help find a pace that would otherwise be hard to convince yourself to keep. Try your best to treat each round as it’s own, unbroken sprint to maximize your rest and minimize any “gaming” of the workout. The only strategy on this one is “go”.
