Hardcore Parkour
We pride ourselves on being a little different here. Instead of selling supplements and branded gear, we have chickens, gardens and free bananas. We also have a tendency to favor long chain complex motor patterns over high volume of simple patterns. That’s why you’ll often see things like burpee sprints, box jump overs or unilateral loading in a WOD.
If the CrossFit Open and Regionals are any indication, the rest of the greater community is catching on. So, as we do, today we’re posting a new movement to keep y’all on your toes. Box vault-to-stands will let you use any combination of arms and legs to get you standing on top of the box – the only catch being it’s a high box. Challenge yourself to something new – it’s the only way to continually adapt and grow.

Coming back from some back crankiness, so was a little cautious today. But! Tonight I did more pull-ups in a WOD than I’ve ever done before, and that felt great!
