Coming at you with another flipped day, this time with a cardio bunny meets meathead theme.
The conditioning is unloaded (other than the resistance the rower gives) and is definitely a cardio lover’s dream. Not to leave things unbalanced, once we recover from that we’ll be lifting on our backs, getting some classic strength work in on the bench. A little something for everyone!
