Closed tomorrow! Happy 4th!
Hey Friends! We’re totally closed Tuesday for the holiday, but we’ll be back Wednesday with a flip! This one will ask us to sprint hard early and then finish up with some technical bar work. There’s even a cap (8 minutes!) on the WOD to make sure we stay in the time domain we’re looking for. The complex that follows is tricky and taxing, but we’ll be nice and warm and have plenty of time to get into the nitty gritty details.
