Max Effort
I’ve seen a lot of hard effort recently. Today’s WOD will ask you to test your ability to hang on. Because today, every time you stop moving your load you have to accomplish 15 sit ups before getting back to it. The longer you hang on, the more reps you accumulate.
With this style of WOD, it become extra important to only push as far as you can with good form (especially with the swings). That being said, I challenge you to hang on a few reps more than you really want to each set. Progress is made one rep that you would have rather not done at a time.
