Snatch Day!
Lots of practice on our snatch today. We start will snatches for strength and then get part of them (the hang power part) in the WOD.
Think full snatch for your snatch work, unless your overhead squat is really suffering. If that’s the case, see if your coach wants to to leave it in or focus on loading up a power snatch. Focusing on “just the up” will prepare you for the WOD, which will need a lot of consistent hip drive for both the HPS and the box jumps.
