Two ways to score it
We’re hitting a fast paced EMOM today after some squats that we’ll score based on our skill. If your dubs are on point, finish each minute as quickly as you can – your score is your slowest round. If your double unders aren’t that well put together, do as many as you can each minute up to 20 and keep count. Your score will be your total number of double unders.
Both versions are great workouts and the choice should allow you to get work done from where you are at today. In the end, that’s all we can ever do.
