We’re ending the week with some classic interval work! After an overhead complex, we’ll get into the old :20 on, :10 off tabata style WOD. Simple movements will allow us to transition quickly, and with only 10 seconds rest, we’ll need to. Stay ahead of this one – if the clock gets ahead of you, this will go downhill fast.

For next time, I think I could have done better at the wallballs by being more willing to move around to catch the ones that are a little off-target instead of just letting them hit the ground.
