No, that’s not a typo… Today we’re doing as many “Baselines” as possible. What’s a baseline, you say?
Baseline is on of CrossFit’s started WODs. It’s a chipper of basic, bodyweight movements (after a quick 500m row) that gives a great taste of what CrossFit is without getting super technical. It can be a shocker for someone new, but even for a veteran this can be potent if it’s sprinted.
Today we’ll put it in an AMRAP format, seeing how many times we can get through it in 20 minutes!

WoD: 2+599 Rx. With 15 seconds left on the clock – couldn’t quite power through that last pull-up to complete round 3.
WOD: 3 + 19 Rx. First baseline was 4:52, then was in survival mode for the rest of the time…
WOD: 2 + 593 Rx
WOD: 3+182 Rx. Tried to keep up with Mariel, not sure I would have gotten this far otherwise.
