We’ll be starting the day with some squats on the clock that we’ll be doing sets across. After that, we’ll be hitting an EMOM that alternates minutes between running and handstand push ups.
You’ve probably noticed the large white board in the hallways by now. As JT has mentioned in past blogs, this is here to help us keep track of our numbers so they are readily available to help us make choices in class.
