Happy Halloween! We’ve got treats and costumes.
We’re squatting heavy today, but that doesn’t mean we need to take huge breaks in between our sets.
That’ll be a 14 minute EMOM for strength work followed by a 14 minute AMRAP for conditioning.
Today the goal of the workout is to keep all of the reps strung together.
I love it when we get together to support each other.
