You guessed it we’re rope climbing!
The jerk is considered a shoulder excercise but it is heavily assisted by using our legs to heave the bar over head.
We have full cleans (aka squat cleans) and dips in our workout today.
There will be not yoga class this Saturday. Class will be held outside and we will be leaving for a neighborhood park at 10:05. Please show up on time.
