Whether you’re looking for some healthy shoulder motion or just the opportunity to hit something hard, hammer swings are a great medicine for what ails you.
Today we’ve got split jerks for strength and a quick couplet of rowing and lunging.
Lets start our week with a different rep scheme. This workout is an excellent opportunity to find our groove and move steady through single reps of burpees, ground to overhead, and pull ups.
