We’re hitting a little complex to get us going today (that’s really only a “complex” so we can get the bar to our shoulders from the floor)…
We’re doing a lot of moving on our feet today! After hitting 5 heavy sets of squats at the same weight, we’ll be combining springing, carrying and push ups in a 12 minute AMRAP.
