Thoughts on the virtue of consistency.
Changing up the rhythm of workouts that you know well can give them a totally different effect. Today’s WOD tastes a lot like Murph, but comes at you fast and doesn’t let up.
We’re pulling back on the fancy things today and letting you dig into this workout.
